I prefer to use the original brand called Liv 52 ®. It only

has Chicory, The Caper Bush.  I have been taking this supplement for years, since my earlier 20th (1998-1999), on and off. These vitamins are low on sugar or carbs in general, they are really herbal at least 99%.

They are great vitamins, but you have to always look at the sugar % for each set, as these can be literally like gummy candies. They inspired to promote mental health, but they often forget sugars are not a healthy ingridient, even when used in a vitamins.
